It's an open space so you can see the living area from the kitchen and also has a connected dining area where everyone can eat together. This home has fresh new paint and sits on over 5 acres so you have plenty of privacy right on the water. Nice living room with TV, Satellite Cable, Internet and WIFI. This home has multiple entrances from each side of the house to be able to see the secluded outdoors with wonderful fruit trees and palms throughout overlooking the beautiful Intercoastal Waters. It has a spacious outdoor screened in porch with seating and a foosball table perfect for the whole family. Master bedroom has a queen bed and brand new bath with a large walk in waterfall shower. This water view bedroom has a door exiting directly out to the water where you can enjoy the spectacular views. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third has two Twin bed. You can bring kayaks of SUPs (standup paddle boards). Great for fishing and exploring, manatee have even been seen right here in the water. The beach is only about 5 miles down the road so still perfect for your beach getaway too.

Cancellation Policy
If you should have to cancel your reservation or reschedule, please call our office immediately. A cancellation fee of $250 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. No deposits will be refunded on cancellation made less than 30 days unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period. If the unit is re-rented, all deposits and rent paid, minus the $250 reservation and cancellation fees, will be refunded upon receipt of advance rent payment from the new guest.
Deposit Policy
Thirty-percent (30%) of the total rent amount is due immediately upon making your reservation. Any remaining balance due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. If making a last minute reservation, within 30 days of arrival date, the total rent and all other fees are due when making the reservation. Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express and personal checks when time allows,
