La Vita is the prefect home in the perfect location! Located in the prestigious Gulf Pines Community, this 3 bedroom, 2 Bath home has all you need to make your vacation complete. Large kitchen with everything you need plus a breakfast bar. Has an area for your 'office' if you need to work. Separate dinning area that seats 8 at the table. Off the kitchen and gulf front, a wonderful climate control sun room. Nice living room with TV, Cable, DVD, Phone, Internet and WifI, Has double glass doors leading to the large deck to enjoy the beach, gulf and watch dolphins play in the surf and cool breezes. Master bedroom has a King bed and brand new bath with a large walk in shower. This gulf front bedroom has sliding glass doors to enjoy the view and a TV. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third has a Twin bed with Twin trundle. Second Bath has tub/shower. Large BEACH SIDE deck with the HOT TUB completes this perfect oasis! The beach is only about 50 steps away!

Cancellation Policy
If you should have to cancel your reservation or reschedule, please call our office immediately. A cancellation fee of $250 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. No deposits will be refunded on cancellation made less than 30 days unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period. If the unit is re-rented, all deposits and rent paid, minus the $250 reservation and cancellation fees, will be refunded upon receipt of advance rent payment from the new guest.
Deposit Policy
Thirty-percent (30%) of the total rent amount is due immediately upon making your reservation. Any remaining balance due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. If making a last minute reservation, within 30 days of arrival date, the total rent and all other fees are due when making the reservation. Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express and personal checks when time allows,

This house was very clean and right on beach. Surprised at the privacy as there were no neighbors on either side so very quite. House has almost everything you need which was nice. The location is actual near the Indian Pass and not technically on the cape but still ocean front and very beautiful.

Truly the place to be! A gorgeous home, fit for smaller families or couples. We woke up to views of the quiet beaches, watched horses trot by at sunset, fished all day, and met amazing locals in the art shops downtown. Already planning our next trip back!

"Perfect beach house"
Perfect beach house for a relaxing getaway. I loved how close we were to the beach, we went on multiple walks a day and basically had the beach to ourselves. The house felt huge for just the two of us and we would definitely go back with friends and family. Listening to the waves from the ocean was awesome. This house had everything we needed, we brought food with us as there aren’t many food options but we did get some local seafood that was tasty. Comfy beds and the hot tub was a perfect end to a day on the beach.

The pics cannot capture the beauty that is right out your back doors. the enclosed sunroom was a nice addition with plenty of space for a large group when used with the formal dining room. the jacuzzi under the stars on the back deck was fantastic. We had meteor shower to watch from the comfort of the jacuzzi. It was only two of us but the size of the hme and the jacuzzi are set up for a much larger group if need be. The view of the water from the living room and the master bedroom were fantastic. You will not be disappointed if you choose to rent there.

We absolutely loved this house and location. We love being right on the beach and away from touristy/busy places. The water was not as clear as some other beaches due to location, but have no complaints with the convenience of our private beach. There was minimal people and literally felt we had “our beach” to ourself. It was clean, not cluttered and had everything you needed. We did almost all the meals at the house with no problem.
Communication was not a problem and responses were quick. We saw dolphins right outside the deck numerous times. It was considerably bigger in person then in the pictures and had fun little beachy touches. The master bedroom was large, with a very nice bathroom and the view was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends and would happily book this house again.

"Summer Paradise"
We stayed July 1-8, 2017. The house was beautiful. I love the size of the kitchen and the master bath shower is to die for!! The screened in porch was a nice added bonus because it was also air conditioned and we were able to eat our breakfast in there and watch for dolphins! We did see a couple swim past during our stay. The hot tub was also an extra bonus. We didn't use it but once but that is because is was already so warm outside. We made our way to the bay often to do some snorkeling and kayaking. We found so many sand dollars, shells and even two huge conch shells! Those were an added fun find!!! We loved having the outdoor shower available for us after we were done swimming in the ocean repeatedly during the day....and evening!! We had an issue with the lights in the master bath flickering and Lanny came right over and had them fixed in no time!! Thanks so much for that! He also brought us over a hair dryer because the one that was supposed to be there could not be found!! I loved our stay there and can't wait to go back!!! Thanks for everything!!
