Entering into the ground level you are greeted with a huge driveway and plenty of parking along with beach level deck for entertaining and watching the waves in the hot summer sun. Upon entering, there is an elevator to ride up any luggage you might not want to tote up the stairs. Stepping up to the main floor truly is like stepping into a dream. Sweeping Gulf views immediately take your breath away as you enter the open-concept, beautifully decorated main level. Windows stretching from the floor to ceiling allow the view to be enjoyed from anywhere in the home.

Warm wood cabinets and a large spacious island welcome you into a large kitchen big enough to host the entire family and prepare gourmet meals equipped with a panini maker, blender, cooking and serving dishes. Adjacent lies the dining area with a large table, surrounded by expansive windows and sliding glass doors that open to a lovely gulf front deck perfect for your morning coffee.

Cancellation Policy

If you should have to cancel your reservation or reschedule, please call our office immediately. A cancellation fee of $250 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. No deposits will be refunded on cancellation made less than 30 days unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period. If the unit is re-rented, all deposits and rent paid, minus the $250 reservation and cancellation fees, will be refunded upon receipt of advance rent payment from the new guest.

Deposit Policy

Thirty-percent (30%) of the total rent amount is due immediately upon making your reservation. Any remaining balance due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. If making a last minute reservation, within 30 days of arrival date, the total rent and all other fees are due when making the reservation. Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express and personal checks when time allows,
