This home has been completely restored.
If you need a vacation far from the maddening crowds and back to nature, this is almost paradise. It's the best place to walk for miles along the sandy-white beach, highly rated by Dr. Beach, on the Forgotten Coast of Florida. You can walk by the beach at our home, or just across the street is the beautiful Saint Joseph Bay where you can snorkel and explore. Did we mention that we have all the gear you need for the beach in the outdoor beach gear room down below with chairs, grill, boogie boards and more.
Dixie's Delight is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, dog-friendly town home located on the beachfront on North Cape San Blas. This home provides free WIFI. Watch the sun rise from the bay side bedroom balcony and then watch it set from the swing on the screened porch, or from the upper level balcony. It has fabulous views of the low density, sugar white sand beaches and the luster of the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The main level is one large area comprising the living room, dining area and kitchen, with views of the Gulf from anywhere in this room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including a blender, slow cooker, mixer and more. The glass doors open onto a large screened porch with a swing. There is also a half bath on this level.
All three bedrooms with brand new luxury sheets on the beds and two full sized baths are located on the upper level. The king master is located on the gulf front with a walk-out to an upper balcony. This room has a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed. The third bedroom is located on the bay side of the home. This bedroom has a king sized bed and a walk-out balcony with views of the bay. An additional full bathroom is located on this level.

Cancellation Policy
If you should have to cancel your reservation or reschedule, please call our office immediately. A cancellation fee of $250 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. No deposits will be refunded on cancellation made less than 30 days unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period. If the unit is re-rented, all deposits and rent paid, minus the $250 reservation and cancellation fees, will be refunded upon receipt of advance rent payment from the new guest.
Deposit Policy
Thirty-percent (30%) of the total rent amount is due immediately upon making your reservation. Any remaining balance due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. If making a last minute reservation, within 30 days of arrival date, the total rent and all other fees are due when making the reservation. Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express and personal checks when time allows,

Beautiful setting, right on the water. Clean. Good communications with hosts. Agree with prior guests comments regarding the bedding, thin sheets and pillows with plastic barriers. We recommend bringing your own bedding for comfort. No extra beach items are included, so bring your own everything for beach time. Overall, it was an absolutely lovely stay, but with no extra bells and whistles. Would happily stay there again.

As always an awesome time at csb! Only downfall was the pictures are alittle misleading, there was no actual beach infront of the condos or walkway to the beach infront of the condos, it’s partially in the ocean, waves broke onto the condo the entire time. If you walk to the right of the condo a little ways there are plenty of nice spots to set up. Also, you have to go online and find the main office number to get in contact with the host if you need to speak with them, they don’t seem to use the Airbnb site as their communication resource. We enjoyed all the amenities and views of the water, and had easy check in/check out, overall a great time at this condo!

Great location, right on the water. Only drawback to being so close is the beach real estate directly behind the condo was not very wide while we were there. You can always move off to one side or the other. The condo very nice, well equipped and with room to spread out. A+.
