Master bedroom features a King size Sleep Number Bed, TV and a full bath with garden tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV. Third bedroom has two Twin Beds, TV.
The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Bar that seats an additional 4. Laundry Room with washer/ dryer. Living area with comfortable seating, large TV, XBOX, and DVD player. Sliding glass doors lead to a large deck overlooking the Gulf. The dining area boasts large table and views of the gulf, too! This open floor plan, double glass doors and large deck makes casual dining and entertaining at the beach a breeze! This building only has 12 units and only a few are vacation rentals, lending plenty of peace and quiet, and no crowds at the pool or beach! The building has elevator access. The pool, showers and common area with bathrooms are just steps away from the boardwalk to the beach. Charcoal grill area by the pool to enjoy!

Cancellation Policy
If you should have to cancel your reservation or reschedule, please call our office immediately. A cancellation fee of $250 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. No deposits will be refunded on cancellation made less than 30 days unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period. If the unit is re-rented, all deposits and rent paid, minus the $250 reservation and cancellation fees, will be refunded upon receipt of advance rent payment from the new guest.
Deposit Policy
Thirty-percent (30%) of the total rent amount is due immediately upon making your reservation. Any remaining balance due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. If making a last minute reservation, within 30 days of arrival date, the total rent and all other fees are due when making the reservation. Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express and personal checks when time allows,

I loved this place. I liked that the layout was set up so that the bed rooms were away from the main living and dining area. I’m always the first one up so I liked not waking everyone else up with me. Nice building, well kept. Grounds were beautiful. We missed the mosquitoes, but I can see the potential for them with the naturalized area between the homes and beach. And they are probably fierce. Defiantly a quiet place and the beach was quiet and beautiful. Clean!! Trash cans for waste on the beach and low crowding. Would stay again anytime.
