It is conveniently located between the City of Port Saint Joe and Cape San Blas. It is less than a mile to the bay and about 5 miles to the beach. It is a newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath with tile and hardwood flooring throughout. It has a full spacious kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you will need to have the perfect getaway.

Cancellation Policy
If you should have to cancel your reservation or reschedule, please call our office immediately. A cancellation fee of $250 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. No deposits will be refunded on cancellation made less than 30 days unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period. If the unit is re-rented, all deposits and rent paid, minus the $250 reservation and cancellation fees, will be refunded upon receipt of advance rent payment from the new guest.
Deposit Policy
Thirty-percent (30%) of the total rent amount is due immediately upon making your reservation. Any remaining balance due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. If making a last minute reservation, within 30 days of arrival date, the total rent and all other fees are due when making the reservation. Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express and personal checks when time allows,

We had a great stay. The townhome was sparkling clean and cute. The two rooms had darkening blinds and comfortable beds. This townhome is “ no frills”, but if you are looking for a good night’s sleep and a place to lay your head then this place checks the boxes. The kitchen lacked a few extra dishes and the bathroom didn’t have hand towels. You can expect the basics.. The dryer knob was broken, but we only stayed 2 nights.
